A 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments that are made same day are subject to the paying full price of the visit for a no show. The reason for this is we are already within the 24 hour cancellation period when the appointment was booked.
The appointment fee will be processed on the credit card retained on file to reserve appointment. If we do not have your credit card information the fee will be added to your next appointment.
No show fees are based on paying full price for the massage:
30 min service no show fee is $20
60 min service no show fee is $37.50
90 min service no show fee is $52.50
Full payment is due at time of service. We accept cash, checks, HSA, & credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express).
EXISTING AND NEW MEDICAL CONDITIONS
It is the responsibility of the client to keep the massage therapist informed of any medical treatment or medications currently being taken, and to provide written permission from the physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc., that the massage may be continued.
The client must also keep the massage therapist informed of any changes in health conditions, if you don’t tell us we won’t know.
